I finally healed after my first breakup, and I feel so much better! I still don't believe that someday someone will love me because it's so hard to find a person with values like mine. It's so hard to interest others, and it's so hard to support a serious and healthy relationship, especially for me. I've always felt that I'm "too much." I am really sensitive, sometimes I talk too much, I have some mental issues, and I have so many thoughts and ideas in my head all the time. This makes me feel that I need to concentrate only on my art. I know that I don't plan to date anyone anytime soon. I'm not complaining. I love learning languages, writing books and poems, crocheting, and romanticizing stuff like that. I have friends and family that I love, I love nature and people around me. But still, somewhere deep in my soul, I believe that someday I'll find someone who will love me, understand me, and won't lose interest. And I'll do the same for them. It feels like a really unrealistic dream, like a miracle. But still, maybe, someday... Anyway, we all need to remember that we should love ourselves first :)

Dreams are such strange things. One time I dreamt that I was being chased by a army of crabs with cartoony eyes. Another time I dreamt of meeting the love of my life and experiencing a grand journey to save our world together, only for him to sacrifice himself for the greater good, leaving me with nothing but a necklace to remember him by as I wept over his bloodied body. I awoke from that dream crying. Dreams, to me, feel like reincarnation of some sort, I’ve undoubtedly lived lifetimes upon lifetimes within the enclosure of my own mind, they always leave me longing for something, something I will never have. He`s tall(but not uncomfortably so),wears dark clothes,has deep blue eyes,one dimple and a beautiful smile. I remember his scent as I`ve hugged him twice. Hmm, never done this before but....the ones i fall for are always the ones i can't have. Two in particular stick to me even after everything. Some days i sit and laugh as the memories wash over me, thriving in the emotions they bring back. Those days are nice...it feels like i had them all for myself. This comment section reminds me of a dream I had when I was little. It was about a man and young woman who were on love, but the man wasn't originally a part of reality. He just started existing one day, and eventually found his place with the woman and her family. They wanted to get married, but he knew that he was going to stop existing again soon, and they wouldn't even be able to in time because he was an unidentifiable person who just started existing about half a year ago. He didn't want to leave the woman behind, and he didn't want to vanish without a trace, so they agreed to follow through with the marriage contract in their hearts and have a child if they could. The child along with the memories would be lasting proof of his existence. There is then a time skip, and the man has disappeared completely, but the woman is visibly pregnant. Her family wished that they could have had them married first, and were concerned that the pregnancy wasn't what the woman really wanted, but they were supportive after she clarified that it was what she wanted, and that this child is the last present that her lover left her. I woke up after that exchange. I was too little to understand or appreciate this dream completely, I hope this is one of those dreams that I get to have again.

I was on a study abroad trip and fell for one of my friends. I didn't act on it because I didn't want to mess it up, and then toward the end of the trip we started to end up alone together and it felt like something was going to happen. I resisted at first to save the friendship I guess, until I finally said screw it, and we made out that night. I've never felt like that kissing anyone else. But the next day he was outside my door, telling me he regretted it. I was so heartbroken I don't even know what else he said. I tried to stay cool for the most part, but one of our last nights with us all together as a group we were at a party at our friends place. I saw him sneak off with her roommate, to probably do the same thing. I drunkenly slammed the door, embarrassing myself. Flashforward 4 years later and I thought I was over it. But then we had a reunion trip, and I saw him and It all came rushing back. I was with someone else and those feelings were a beginning to the end of that. But those feelings still linger and I know he'll never want me. That one night was all we had.

Fell in love in less than a week. Stopped talking a day later. Cause he asked me to choose between my parents and him. The thing is Im a muslim ..he is an atheist . I have dated my fair share of guys . But never have I ever felt so naturally aligned to someone ..that they became a part of my everyday life without even trying .

I am in a stage where I feel nothing, I have moved on from the one I used to love, which I never thought was possible. Sometime some people come across and I slightly feel that softness i am not sure what you call, but I walk by, because its hopeless anyway, things always end the same. Hence I believe I have given up on finding the kind of love these songs are about, i don't even remeber what it feels like anymore, to love or to be loved.
